If there is a malfunction to our solar LED lights, we will come back to you within 24 hours upon the moment we receive a message from you, no matter it is within or beyond our warranty time.
Installation guidance and technical training service are usually free, you may need to cover traveling cost if you want On-site installation guidance and technical training service from our engineers.
If the lamp is damaged and it is beyond our warranty time, we may charge some cost for sending new replacement, and shipping freight will also be on your account.
If the light is damaged by force majeure and it is still within our warranty time, then the cost price will be charged for new maintenance.
